Booking Terms and Conditions for the Post Op Comfort Chair

Introduction

These booking terms and conditions govern the rental of our Post Op Comfort Chair. By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms.

Booking and Rental Rates

The rental rate for the Post Op Comfort Chair is $99 per week for post-op clients and $129 per week for non-post-op clients.

Reservation Process

 To reserve the Post Op Comfort Chair, please contact us through our designated booking channel.

A reservation is considered confirmed upon payment of a $199 retainer fee.

Retainer Fee

 A non-refundable retainer fee of $199 is required to secure your reservation.

The retainer fee will be applied toward the total rental cost.

Rental Duration

 The rental period begins on the date of delivery and ends on the date of scheduled pickup, as specified in the reservation.

Rental extensions are available upon request, subject to availability.

Delivery and Pickup

 Delivery and pickup of the Post Op Comfort Chair are arranged by our team.

Please provide accurate delivery and pickup addresses and contact information during the reservation process.

Refundable Security Deposit

 A refundable security deposit of $199 is required to cover any damages or loss to the Post Op Comfort Chair, its 9 detachable pillows, or upholstery during the rental period.

The security deposit will be refunded in full upon the satisfactory return of the chair, including all 9 pillows, and in clean and undamaged condition.

Cancellation and Refunds

 Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund of the retainer fee.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date may result in a partial refund at the discretion of the company.

Care and Responsibility

 You are responsible for the proper care and use of the Post Op Comfort Chair during the rental period.

Any damage or loss beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed, and repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

Purchase Option

If you decide to purchase the Post Op Comfort Chair during or after the rental period, please inquire about available purchase options and pricing.
