A safe and effective way to gently use techniques to cleanse the body internally and get rid of toxins and excess fluid. This technique can be used for post-op and non post-op clients! It is recommended to get AT LEAST 15-20 drainage sessions if you're post op. Please ask your doctor on their requirements!

The feeling of having a stuffy nose, congestion, and lots of mucous are symptoms of a backed up lymphatic system. Feeling bloated, swollen, or "heavier" than normal are also signs. An excess of fluid, stiffness and hardness may occur if you're a post-op client but this is normal and part of the healing process.
